Bad: Do not move near the highway, building 12 area. Break in's there way too frequent, most times, first floor apartments and a vehicle every now and then.

The management changed and they seem to not care as much as management a year ago.

The good: No bugs. The pool is fun and lots of people. But, most do not even live there. That's the sad part. You meet someone at the pool and they ask if you live there, yet, they don't. Maybe management should do a better job with that.

The apartments are nice. I wouldn't say "luxury" just because the walls have texture to them, but they are nice and well kept. Maintenance does a great job. Very responsive. Your best bet is to get a good repore with any maintenance anywhere that way they respond. But these guys are cool and always say hello.

Overall, I like the place. I still live there. I looked at other places and this was spacious compared to some others.

Parking is spotty at certain buildings, especially building 15. Worst thing is there are people who have 2 vehicles, yet are just one person and they take spots.
