STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!
This place is not the safest in town. There were 6 burglaries in the last 4 months and countless vehicle break-ins. The sad part about it is that the management is doing absolutely nothing to beef up security. The gate that is supposed to keep people out is broken most of the time and when it's not it stays open long enough to let in 4-5 cars. The pool area is usually packed with mostly non-residents. The noise from the highway is unbearable even with closed windows. The floors and walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbors every step.
There is a lot more to be said about this place, but if the first couple of sentences didn't convince you to look elsewhere then come on down to the beautiful Magnolia Vinings.

I live there now as well, and I 100% agree with this post. The management is worthless, and the cops believe the break-ins are an inside job. And FYI - none of the apartments that were broken into were first floor apartments, so they aren't getting in through the patios!
