I have lived here for a year and a half and have had nothing but complaints. The parking is awful, the management does nothing to follow up when you call to get something fixed or changed. They won't budge in rent even though the place across the street is a lot lower. The walls are like paper because my neighbors have two big dogs and it sounds like a kennel over there. I have complained to no avail. The people in the office when I first moved in were great and now the people in there are just rude. The say you have a gated community but the gates never work and when they do they take forever to close therefore anyone can come in. Hence the four break ins since I have lived there. I am getting out this month. The grass in front of my building is just dying from all the dog urine and there are piles of feces all over. The people next to us in the same floor plan are paying $300 less than me because they were freinds with one of the staff members. My suggestion would be to go across the street. It might have a good location but the hassle is just not worth it.
