I moved here in May of 2009 and I will be moving out in October of 2009. That pool can get a bit off of the chain (lol) but I don't stay by the pool so it hasn't been a problem for me. The only problem I have had since I've been here is that my toilet flooded one night/morning. But I called maintenance and someone came right out fix the problem and replace my carpet. There is a crew that cleans that grounds one a week but they need to tighten up on cleaning the walkways in the buildings because they are becoming dusty. I see a lot of spiders. I also I live in building 8 right next to the highway and the noise isn't a problem for me. It's actually kind of relaxing sitting out there on my balcony. PETS are another big issue. I don't like dogs and they are everywhere! (lol) There is supposed to be a limit on the type of dogs one can have there but I've come to learn that the rule isn't enforced. The staff has always been more than cooperative and nice to me from day one. Even when I ran into a money situation, they were very flexible with that being that I hadn't had any other problems in the past. I once overpaid and the office was very timely in informing me that my account had a credit. The only reason I'm moving is because I don't like staying on a main road such as Cumberland Parkway. Otherwise, I'd renew my lease/upgrade my apartment. Everyone here is friendly, people mind their own business and it's quiet. I could not ask for more!
