HORRIBLE management. I lived here well over a year and these places, while nice, are poorly constructed, FAR overpriced for what you get, and run by a slew of idiots. DO NOT make the same mistake I did and be overwhelmed by the shiny exterior - once you're in, you hear EVERYTHING, the management treats you like CRAP and do NOT follow up on maintenance requests and the apartments themselves are VERY cheaply constructed.

I too am a resident of Mariposa lofts and I totally agree! The management is awful and has a "no apology attitude" even when it is clearly their fault! I have not spoken with a single resident who is pleased by management. One thing the above comment neglected to add was the crime. There have been home invasions, cars broken into and even a robbery at gun point all on the apartment complexes premises. After all of this they still have hallway lights out and poorly light parking deck. Definitely not safe!!!!

I totally agree. I live in Mariposa too. The people who work here couldn't care less about the safety and happiness of their residents. When I moved in, there was water damage and my entire bathroom had to be redone - nobody even checked the apartment before a new tenant moved in! I also feel completely unsafe as I have witnessed more than one crime. There are constantly homeless people lurking around and the gates for the parking deck are always broken and it takes weeks for them to be replaced. When I expressed my feelings to management they told me that although there have been multiple crimes and the gates keep getting broken, it is not cost effective for them to do anything differently. Trust me, you don't want to live here.

I lived there for a little over a year and I also agree. I liked my apartment, it was very nice, but that couldn't make up for the problems I had. My apartment was broken into and robbed. Management didn't care and had no interested in even pretending to consider my security suggestions. The gates are a joke, but the biggest problem is that the door frames are so cheap that 100 locks wouldn't make it secure.
