All the reviews you read about the crime, the facilities, the management are true.
The owners of the complex, Riverstone Residential Group, know all about it as well. Nothing is ever done except little notices placed on our doors regarding more breakin's and advice such as "walk the halls with another person" because of someone being held up at gun point.

Amenities such as big screen tv's have been removed from common areas because of theft. They call it a gated community, yet the gates remain open 3 days a week for several hours while their maintenance crew drive around collecting garbage bins (which apparantly takes hours to do). And they wonder why there is crime in this place.

This is far from luxury living and overpriced for a poorly constructed building (you will hear your neighbors).

Ps...don't park on the street around the building - you'll have to replace your window!

For that matter, don't park in the gated garage... your window will be broken out in there too.
