RUDE staff and high crime From: ktlee12345 Date posted: 9/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I too am a resident of Mariposa lofts and I totally agree! The management is awful and has a "no apology attitude" even when it is clearly their fault! I have not spoken with a single resident who is pleased by management. One thing the above comment neglected to add was the crime. There have been home invasions, cars broken into and even a robbery at gun point all on the apartment complexes premises. After all of this they still have hallway lights out and poorly light parking deck. Definitely not safe!!!!
