on saturday, april 7, 2007. my girlfriend and i were the ones who were held up in the garage around 11:30. we talked to the building manager, jason, and were met with an indifferent attitude. he read us the lease we signed and that's it. basically, we covered management 101, chapter 2, or, "you signed the lease, so we re not responsible. we tried to talk to them about having 24-hr security until the area becomes a little more secure, or at least cameras installed. seems like a reasonable and common sense decision that would lower their basic insurance rates, etc. i'm sick of hearing about the crime through photo-copied flyer placed on the doors.
