Ok, I lived there for 2 year and here's some of things that happened while i was there.

My apartment and 7 others we broken into on one day (guy kicked in doors and stole what he could carry)..
Cars stolen out of the gated parking
MULTIPLE WINDOWS BROKEN OUT OF CARS IN LOTS
Gates don't work at least 1 week out of every month.
People mugged at gunpoint.
The flatscreens we stolen out of the common area, AND THE LEASING OFFICE. They threw bricks through the glass door after hours..
Constant construction throughout, and still today.
My unit flooded from the AC unit multiple times and they never replaced the carpet, but just pulled out the padding underneath

Management will not hire security, takes zero responsiblity, and have no idea of customer service.. its ridiculous

this review is extremely accurate. jason's business/personal skills are atrocious and are passed on to the employees. i've written and called the riverstone group, who owns the building. i've never received a response through writing and have just been passed into voicemail when i've called. i don't think there will be a response until someone actually is seriously injured or killed.

Totally accurate... I have been there for almost a year. I don't think that management would do anything even if someone was killed. My car was broken into and they have video surveillance of the entrance, but they weren't willing to look at the tape. The security gates are always broken- so glad that it costs $200 for "secure" parking. There is zero cleaning of common areas. Half the packages that I have had delivered there have mysteriously never arrived. They won't return phone calls and never answers when one calls... There are too many complaints for me to list here, but with all the new places sprouting up in the very awesome part of town, there is no reason to rent at Mariposa!
