*Rude staff, very unhelpful, self-serious, and prissy.
*Weekly, often nightly, multiple car break-ins in the supposedly secured parking deck(sure, it's intown, but they do very little other than send out a silly sheet of paper saying to call the police as they're not responsible). One apartment break-in while I was there. Also, don't plan on driving a moving truck in the garage, low clearance.
*Very poor ceiling/floor sound insulation, could hear every stomp of upstairs neighboor.
*Finishes lame considering the price, as is the tiny w/d stacked combo.
*retarded proprietary services: have to buy their satellite feed, b/c developer contracted with single company, and, if you don't have sat. visibility, you're screwed. Obnoxious way for the developer to make some extra cash while limiting tenants' choices. Have to pay for your water through another company (not the city), and pay extra for that privilege.
*Call boxes couldn't be set up to dial long-distance cell phone numbers to let folk in (the only way to let them in), so if you're from out of town, plan on getting a new, local phone immediately. They weren't interested in investigating alternatives.
*tenants could never seem to get their garbage in the garbage chutes or cans; and drove cars like fools in cramped garage.
*My friends often commented on the soulless, stalag look and feel of the place. The only thing it has going for it is the great location, inman park/little 5. Considering the other options around though, think twice about the butterfly.
