Situated next to the absolute worst neighborhoods slums in Atlanta!!!!
How could anyone put an apartment complex in an area such as this, driving there reminds me of a scary 80's gangsta film. I would expect figures like Ice T to show up at my front door. The area is really safe until about 8:00. At that time the freaks from the surrounding ghetto come out to prowl on the residents of the community. The security gates are easy to open, the door to the parking garage stays open for 10 minutes after someone drives in, and the security guard is always asleep or on his cell phone when I saw him. WOW what superior security in a place where it is known and likely to happen. If safety is a priority for you when living in an apartment, and I guess it is, do not move here!! As in the last post, check out the crime maps, or just call the local police department and ask questions, you will be shocked.
With all the deals in Atlanta right now, these apartments are not only unsafe, but trashy and too expensive for a 500 sq ft s*&%hole. I decided to move into Post Apartments, much better deal.

I don't like living here but I disagree with this review. My problems with this building are mostly associated with the other tenants that scream in the courtyards, leave piles of trash in the hallway, and let their dogs bark on their decks. Inman Park is one of Atlanta's best neighborhoods, which is why I chose to move here, but any problems with this building are largely to do with people that live in it.

$500,000? Is that a joke? No wonder the economy is this state, overinflated home prices. Those homes are worth only half that at this point. If dogs are barking, trash is left in the courtyard, and tenants are screaming on their decks, there is obviously a lack of management at this property. What ever happened to community rules being enforced???
If this is one of Atlanta's nicest neighborhoods then we are doomed!!! This area doesn't make it in my top 20, you don't seem to get out much.

The fact that original poster seems to be so oblivious to the area, indicates that he/she may actually have never even lived in this community. To be shocked at the prices of the homes in the area reveals a huge lack of comprehension of metropolitan area living. Additionally, how blind does one have to be, to not see all the signs advertising the town homes, that are literally right across the street?
