Thank god I got out. I lived here for two years and I don't think that the hallway floors were actually cleaned (other than with a leaf blower) since I moved in. Unsealed concrete floors on interior hallways are not a good idea if you're not going to power wash them. The area from the mailboxes to the gym is especially gross. Spills and vomit (yes vomit - by the 4th floor elevator) are accumulating in the hallways and it really makes the building look disgusting and rundown. I'm embarrassed to have people come over and see this.

The courtyards are really noisy. Neighbors drinking, yelling, and even playing the guitar into the early hours of the morning, even on weekdays.

Have had mixed experiences with the staff. I met the new property manager and she seemed nice and helpful, as is Brian. Other people really had no sense of professionalism and shouldn't be dealing with the public.

Overall it's not worth the price. This building has a history of being an easy theft target and it feels a lot like living in a dorm or college apartment.
