Well kept grounds, Smart Apt. Layout...BUT

This is a SMALL, quiet apt complex in a great location. However, since the new Management company took over, things seem to be on the decline. Simple maintenance issues take forever (if at all). When Gables Management company left, apparently so did the attention to detail. I have heard neighbors talking of pest control problems as well.
The buildings are soundly built, because I never hear my neighbors, nor do they report hearing me. There's ample space in each apt, and the price is great for the area. I also love the fact that there is assigned parking! My friends in the area always complain of having to walk a "country mile" when they get home.
