Great place to live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My wife and I moved in a few months ago and have loved living here. Our apartment overlooks green lush kudzoo and is very private. The property is small but nicely spread out. The neighbors are great. It seems like my neighbors are very professional. The management always takes care of any maintenance issues. They offer 24 hour maintenance and actually take care of it that day! I have lived at AMLI, Post and Gables and they always talk a big talk but never deliver. The Marquis management do what they promise. I would recommend this place to all that want a quiet and nicely maintained place to live. The apartments are very spacious and fairly priced. They also have an officer who lives onsite. He actually patrols the property at night. I have lived at places that advertise a "courtesy officer". Usually, they don't do anything to help the safety of the property. I can honestly say I feel safe living here. Great place to live!
