Of course like every apartment area meant to keep certain people out, the rent is way to high.

This review has absolutely no bearing on the actual staff or apartment itself. If you cant afford the rent then don't live here.

I agree with advertaddy. You are told the price of the rent beforehand! So, get over it and go look for some apartments in your price range!!!

Hmmm, you stated "certain people?" by that exactly what do you mean? care to explain. I myself am a black woman who can surely handle this rent. So i'm guessing you mean black people? Don't lie. I know because I've been there, done that. I know realtors, owners, etc., keep ------ and lantinos at bay, with the inflated rents. Well that'll work for those who can't afford it. I for one can. And I will. Next time keep your racist comments to your damn self.
