My husband and I have lived here a year and a half, and we've been quite happy. It can be noisy, but that's to be expected in this very urban environment, and we haven't had any parking problems because we've followed the amply posted rules. There have been few maintenance problems in our time here and the few we've had have been promptly and courteously attended to. We'll be leaving at the end of this lease, but only because we're moving out of the state.
