It's not so bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I have lived here for 2 years. The manager Michael was upfront with us that you could hear more noise in phase 2 than phase 1 and that the parking was very tight because they are still under construction. We like living here and plan to stay until we buy a house.
