Ok. For some of the recent comments, here is what i can attest to..
Noise:
Much like what the earlier comments say, if you're in the phase II building, then yes it is loud. I can very loudly hear my upstairs neighbor walking around upstairs. Unfortunately, they are the loud rambunctious type. Lots of games and fraternal cheerings and at times loud bass driven gangster hip hop. And yes, lo and behold, I have heard sounds of sex in the last few days.
Parking:
not really an issue for me with space but i have received more dings in my car since i moved here than at any other times anywhere else.
Staff:
I have always had pleasant dealings with Michael. His response times to maintenance issues in my apartment have always been quick and very efficient. I find it really hard to believe that he is ignoring a lot of tenants.
Overall, I will probably be vacating at the end of my lease due to the noise level and the fact that i'm tired of the dings i'm getting on my car. Besides, the neighborhood may be 'urban' and 'hip' but at my age that translates to unsafe and crap. But the staff again has been great and i just unfortunately have grown out of the 'urban outfitters' stage in my life. time to move on.
