I have lived in other historic lofts in other cities. If you are going to live in a building that is well over a 100 years old, you have to take the bad with the good. I'm in my third lease at the Mattress Factory and the building does have its issues. But the views of the city and the good friends I've made here more than make up for the petty issues the other reviewer are whining about.
The office staff has always been very attentive to me when I have had an issue. Especially when my loft leaks after a big rain storm. For example, I called Michael after a big rain and my loft leaked. That afternoon I looked out my window and there were two guys sealing around my windows.
I have also got a few dings in my car, but I make it a point to park in a parking space or in one of the other lots if there is no parking in the main lot. Those people who are to lazy and park where ever they want are just asking for it. (DAH)
I'll bet you the whiners probably did something wrong and now they have to ----- about everything because they can't take responsibility for thier lives.
I like living at the Mattress Factory and I will renew my lease, especially now that the pool is almost done.
I would like to give some of the other reviewers a little advise. SHUT UP AND QUIT WHINING! IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT MOVE AND DON'T LET THE DOOR HIT YOU IN THE ASS!!!!!!!!
