The staff @ the lofts are indeed great to work with. Very responsive, friendly and quick about maintenance issues.
Noise level - Sorry, but you either live in Phase 1 or 3 where I hear the noise is a lot more muffled, or have an extremely quiet neighbor.
Dings - don't assume it's laziness for that last writer. I made it a point to park in the Eyedrum, Biba, and adjacent parking lots to Grant Street and I still have been incurring a record number of dings. And pardon me if I don't think hundreds of dollars in repairs are "petty" as you say.
Pool - Oh you mean the one that was suppose to be complete this summer'
It's 'a-d-v-i-c-e' not 'advise'...
