I will keep this short.
I saw these posts last year before I signed a lease. michael (leasing agent) is simply a puppet, he is a nice guy but has NO power to do anything but take your money. I live in Phase 3, the "new phase." You would think they would design a better unit based on the failures of phase 2. They didn't. My floor space is excellent.... until I notced (after i signed hte lease) that NO WINDOWS OPEN!!!! My neighbor has sex really loud and the walls are paper thin! For what i am paying this is bullSh!t. I had a leaky window since I moved in, and that was 10 MONTHS ago. Don't rent here. plain and simple.
