Its been a year now and my husband and I will not be renewing our lease at the end of the month. The place isn't bad, however, for what we are expecting I would expect more. Our heat/air bill was always out of control due to the windows that just wouldn't hold the tempture we would like, our hot water in the shower would only last a couple mins unless the heat was turned on, thin walls and a loud loud bunch of people walking around the halls at three in the morning yelling and screaming. The space is great and even in a studio we can still have two couches and a larger bed with room to spare. I wouldn't mind the place if the few problems were fixed, but maintance is hard to come by in this place.
