Neighbors are thugs - bullet ripped thru my loft! Place is a leaky dump, management cares more about money than keeping residents, water heater has been broken for almost 10 months and they refuse to repair, thus causing my gas bill to be outrageously higher than it would if the heater functioned properly. Swimming pool artfully located adjacent to the dumpster - can't sit out by the pool in the summertime without the overwhelming stench of garbage. Entire complex located across from salad dressing factory - noxious fumes constantly in building- revolting smell of burnt vinegar. This place is in a complete state of disrepair. No noise buffers at all - you can hear everything. DO NOT LEASE HERE!

I noticed this building is on Martin Luther King Dr. Were you new to the area when you moved there, or did you just think the word 'Loft' in the property name meant you would be protected from the normal happenings on MLK?
