I have been living in the Mattress Factory (phase 1) for 4 months now and can count the number of full nights rest I have had on one hand.
The walls are so thin that at night with your television off you can clearly hear every word of the conversations of your neighbors.
You can also smell what they are cooking and if they are smoking.
I WILL be vacating my unit because I cannot get used to wakeing up to someone elses voice in my apartment at 3:00am.
It seems that more students and party type residents are moving in which makes up for the attitudes and rude behavior.

This place is very noisy.

Having spent a sleepless night last night in phase one, my neighbors are very quiet except for above me with their metal grate balcony sitting right above my bedroom window. No onsite security.
