I just moved in August and think it's really great. I'm really surprised about everyone that's complained about the sound issues...you moved into a building built 2 centuries ago, downtown, next door to a graveyard and on the other side of the railroad/Marta tracks. It's noisy...no joke.

The Management is wonderful, the trash situation isn't nearly as awful as everyone suggests and I've never had an issue with parking. If you can appreciate the benefits of living in a diverse community...then you won't find a better place to rent.

Just wait a month when everybody starts staying inside for the winter. You start hearing EVERY LITTLE NOISE from your neighbors. Trust me, you will know EVERY INTIMATE DETAIL about your neighbors by the time you terminate your lease next year. (good luck)

...NOISY..DEFINITELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND NEVER MIND THE OUTSIDE NOISE, MARTA, TRAIN ECT(that noise is actually cool to hear)...what sucks is the 'thru the walls noise' YOU CAN hear every little noise! Walking, bathing usage..every thing..is really does suck! It's almost disappointing because rent is fairly high. BUT if you can tolerate constant noise then you can sit back and enjoy the place for what it is. If you want piece and quiet, a cookie cutter type of place THESE LOFTS are not for you! Parking will be a hit and miss situation. Come home and there might be a good spot or NOT. It will be an experience living here to say the least.
