Good and Bad

I just moved out of the Loft #248 on 7/1. It was not a horrible place to live. Yes, you can hear your neighbors and people in the hallways, etc. The bedrooms are a bit too bright as well with the glass over the front doors. Overall, not too bad.
Pros:
-Rooftop Deck
-Close to Grant Park, the Marta, Downtown, Six Feet Under, etc...
-Michael is a nice guy
-Wood Floors
-Big Windows
Cons:
-Leaky Ceiling
-Sound from neighbors and in the hallway
-$100 per month water bills (two people/800 sq ft/no w/d)
Not a bad place.
