DON'T MOVE HERE If you happen to be allergic to mold.....
I loved my apt - in phase 1 - the oldest portion of the building. No less than 1 month after moving in I woke up suffocating - and was extremely sick - I mean nearly hospitalized - because of what turned out to be an allergy to mold.
I'm one of those people who has never had medical issues, no big problems, take good care of myself, etc.
The managers gave me no help - and said that If i even wanted to TRY and get a mold test -it would be MY responsibility and cost $3000!!!!!
I mean I was sick, for nearly 8 months - incurred $6000 worth of medical bills (with insurance!) and was given no support by the leasing office.
Because of this I will no longer recommend the building - if not for the mold alone - the managerial staff basically turned their backs to a potentially HUGE issue. I mean if black mold is in the building - it's everywhere, your pets, your kids, and yourself will be affected.
Others in my portion of the building experienced similar symptoms without the extremity of my case.
It caused others to move as well.
If you happen to not have kids, or pets, and no mold allergy - go for it - the spaces are "cool"
But it's not worth risking your health.
