I agree with other posters. The apartments are huge and new and everything looks great from the outside. I would recommend moving in ONLY if you are on the TOP FLOOR. I'm on the second floor and it sounds like the people above are going to come through. The buildings are built cheap with nothing but wood planks between the floors. Consequently, it feels like I live in a drum. I have to wear earplugs to guarantee an uniterrupted night of sleep. I pay way too much for that. And forget taking a nap; I'm always at the mercy of the people above me. Management is good and sends notes when the stomping gets out of hand, but I know it's primarly a building problem.
Although there is a playground, kids do play mostly in the parking lots. Recently it seems that managment has become less selective in who they are leasing to as well.

I originally moved in because of the of the ammenties. I was told TV's would be put in the gym, when I asked last month, I was told it's not going to happen because people might steal them (!). The weight machine has been broken the entire time I've been here(6 mos)too.

Again, if you're on the top floor and don't care about the gym, this place is very nice for Riverdale/College Park. I'm planning to do my time and get out.
