Yes, the amenities are nice for the area. The inside of the apartments are immaculate with crown molding, vaulted ceilings, and everything was brand new when I moved in. I was one of only 2 residents in a 12 unit building initially. And that's when all hell broke loose and the masses started coming. I don't think people are screened anymore for these apartments. People's cars starting getting broken into. The sheds that you pay for to have additional storage were broken into. And to top it off, the management doesn't tell you that they have a contract with some substance abuse program to have program participants housed in those apartments for the length of their program. So you have all these people moving in and out on a continuum as they finish the program and then, when some may have a relapse or episode, you will see the ambulance out front. I guess they neglect to tell you this for fear that you may change your mind about moving in! And I agree with the others on the noise level. It is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I live on the bottom floor and can hear my upstairs neighbor walk thru with her heels on everytime she comes home. It sounds like she is going to fall thru. I know when she's bathing, washing her face, brushing her teeth, playing her music, etc etc. So I just have to be sure that there is always some noise or TV on in my apartment to avoid hearing all that. It's sad. But like someone else said, if you're on the top floor, you can avoid that, but you'll still have the problem with kids playing in the parking lot, especially when it's hot out.
