We moved into Meadow Springs Apartment February of 2004, I've seen a lot of changes take place, in these few short years, most of them for the bad. It use to be a nice place to call home, now its just a place to lay my head. My upstairs neighbors, are awful, they have no respect for people, and they teach their children the same. What has the world come to when a parent can't control their own children.

Complaining to the staff doesn't do any good, because, they are limited as to what they can or can't do. When we were under different management if you had a complaint, and whatever you were complaining about was taking place, someone from the staff would leave the office and come to your apartment building, to verify what was taking place, most of the time when I phone the office, I get a recording now, so the complaint falls on deaf ears.

Businesses of all types are being run out of these apartments.

Our entrance gates are broken more than they work, once this happens, we are open to all types of people on the grounds that don't belong, you just don't feel safe anymore, I guess it must be a sign of the times. It's time to go!!

Meadow Springs are one the BEST apartments Iv'e ever stayed in , the staff is very polite and kind and they take good care of thier residents . I recently bouht a new home , but if I had to come back to apartment living they would be my first choice! Very Satisfied.
