I have lived here for 3 years moving from miami. I absolutely love it. I am in search of apartments up in marietta with the very same layout and grounds like these. I am scared shitless to move frm these apt. I have never had no issues with no one. If you meet someone outside they say hi. The kids stay on the end of the parking lots and play not running up and down halways. ANY maintainance issue has always been taken care of immediately. I have no complaints. Oh and the grounds r very, very, very well kept. Now when u leave the complex, anything outside the complex is another issue. I love my apt. I feel very safe at my home with me and my 2 kids.
