I've lived in Meadow Springs for about 2 years now, and I love it. It's convenient to the airport, the apartments are a nice size, and the rent is very affordable. I am a single lady,who works very late hours and I do not fear for my safety living in these apartments. The property is well lit, has a security gate, and mandatory alam systems. The staff is very friendly, and professional. Each time I see them they greet me by my name. I have wonderful neighbors as well, not alot of noise and they speak and smile everytime I'm passing them.I highly recommend Meadow Springs to anyone moving to the College Park area especially if you'll be working at the airport.
