The area is not that great. Almost ghetto like. We have had constant problems with neighbors & noise level. Management has been notified numerous times, and it gets better for a while and then back to square 1. Other services, as far as that is concerned, is good, but if I had it all to do over again, I'd have done more research. Bugs are an on going problem here. The apartments are nice enough, but just not constructed well enough for the noise levels.

I live here in a 3rd floor 3 bedroom apt. Never had a problem with roaches but they do like to steal cars! A few months ago my car was stolen, along with everyone else in the neighborhood who owned a dodge vehicle. A few weeks after that someone stole my rims! Noise levels aren't that bad if you have a 3rd level apartment. Maintenence comes when they are supposed to and that is good. Rent is high for this area though. Very spacious apartment close to firestation and police dept. I just wish I had better neighbors. Not a bad place to live. You just have to realize it is apartment living and other people may not be as quiet, clean, or sane as you. I recommend this apartment if you are a flight attendant or work at the airport. Extremely close.
