Good place to live now. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   While I have read the other reviews and have been a tenant since 2002, I can say it is better now than when I first moved in. The gates are working all the time now and crime seems to be more under control. They also have some police at the entrance some nights checking ID's. While that can be annoying, I do understand they are just trying to keep people out who do not belong. Maintenance is great here. They are always out soon after I call the office. The office staff has changed 100% since I moved in also. The people that are there now seem like they really enjoy being at work. They always have a smile on their face and always greet me whenever I come in. I plan on renewing my lease for another year when it is time. They have offered me a fair rate to stay and are going to clean my carpet for free. I say you take another look at MG in person before you take the word of a few disgruntled indivuals.
