I have lived here for about 2 months so far at metro pointe lofts. There is alot of negatives and maybe two postive things. Let me start with the positives. The security here is fine. The security did improve from last year and the complimentary bus here is great to have since you don't have to drive your car to school and pay alot for parking. Now the negatives. The train comes by about every hour and will wake you up. My apartment is facing toward the train tracks and wow this place was built cheap. You can hear everything even if somebody is whistling in the room over next to your or even listening to there i-pod. Management is horrible. I had a problem with leaks in my room and my fan not working for about 2 weeks and constantly go to the lease office to ask somebody to come fix these problems but so far nobody ever came. The leasing office has a bunch of morons working that if you do have a problem with something, they wouldn't give a crap about it. They just wanna take your money and don't wanna see you till you come next time to pay your rent. The fire alarms do go off quite abit and it gets irritating since it happens late at night. O most important if you come to visit and see the models, the rooms you get are alot smaller and is a ripoff. I would never renew my rent here and tell people to never move here unless you like the sound of the train at nights or can deal with the crappy staff here. Like I mentioned security is fine here but I wouldn't move here due to the many negatives here.
