I have been a resident here for the past year and was glad to renew my lease when the new management came in. I know everything can't be perfect for everyone all the time but I experienced the exact opposite from this resident.

I have never had anyone call me from the management team to ask if my maintenance request was completed to my satisfaction. I have recieved two calls out of three requests I have placed with the office.

I see the Manager in the building night and day. I think she must live here, which is cool. I had a concern with my utility bill and she made a point to come out of her office while April was helping me, to apoligize for the mistake. I can't imagine this office not giving new service.

One request would be some snack machines. I think it would be cool to go grab a snack in the lobby instead of driving to the store.
