Do Not, must I repeat Do Not sign the lease. I pay $725 per month and my roommate also pays $725 per month. This includes very poor management, and the essence of me writing, a rat infested apartment. Every weekend I see yet another mouse. Some have been caught others are running loosely in my apartment. And might I add the obnoxious train I hear every 20 minutes. This train is so loud it sends vibrations through my apt. This is not the place you want to live. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
