Been living here since Aug. Fire alarms go off constantly- both in the building and in our unit, but maintenance doesn't fix. The parking deck is totally unsafe with people's cars being broke into all the time (when I signed the lease, I signed up to pay parking thinking there'd be security. On move in day they dropped the parking fee- and guess what- the security as well!) There are regular fights breaking out on the shuttle bus, have found a big pile doggie doo on the main hall floor, sound proofing doesn't exist, etc. etc.
Would advise anybody looking to move there to ask for a 30-day or 60-day notice for amendment to the lease for a renter "out". If they won't do that, find someplace else.
