I have lived at Metropointe literally since the day they openned. Maybe that makes me the crazy one but whatever. From the first to second year my rent went up $50 and from then to next year it will increase another $80-$125. There is no need for an alarm clock because you can always count on the fire alarm to wake you up at 2AM. There is graffiti all over the walls and male secretions all over the numbers in the elevator. Of course the front of the building but go in the back and you'll see the truth. I have had to to switch apartments multiple times for various reasons. I just plain dont like it and I was so happy when my mother told me to start looking for a new place to live. I don't know what makes them think that people will just deal with a $125 rent increase! But the good thing about them is, they will have tons of new vacancies come this fall cause EVERYONE is moving out!
