This is for anyone who is looking into moving into MetroPointe Lofts, I am here to tell you DO NOT DO IT. It is the absolute worst place that I have ever lived or could even imagine of living. Here are the reasons why:
The people that work there are extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful.
The hallways reek because of the trash that they fail to dispose of on a regular basis.
The staff comes in and out of your apartment whenever they want to without previous notice to the reisdent.
It is loud and noisy, you can hear things going on in the other rooms in your apartment and things going on in the apartments below, above and beside you.
The building was not constructed correctly on the outside walls so in the Winter, it is extremely cold and in the Summer, it is extremely hot in rooms that are located on the outside wall.
The fire alarm in the apartments and in the hallways are constantly going off for no reason, therefore making it impossible to know if and when there is an actual emergency.
I have been disrespected and insulted by residents and staff in this building more than I have ever been disrespected or insulted in my life.
The staff lies.
The staff went into my apartment and actually took my belongings out and hid them.

Everything that I have stated above it absulutely true and are incidents that I had experienced during my 10 months living at MetroPointe Lofts. I am warning any of you that are taking this apartment complex into condideration for a place to live to please recondiser. I would have rather lived on the streets than in this building and hope that I can save some of you from making the same mistake that I did. Do not be fooled by the staff when they make out MetroPointe Lofts a nice place to live because I was and it is not a pleasant place to live at all. Infact, I will go as far to say that it is a nightmare. It is not a place to call home, if anything, it feels like an extremely poorly taken care of hotel.

haha...i ALSO would have rather lived on the streets than put up with the MPL staff again......
