If you think Metropointe is a GOOD place to stay, you must be on crack. The building is 30 minutes away from the school, if you have morning classes, you MUST leave at least an hour early to get through all the congestion. You will probably have to fill up on gas twice a week, unless you take Marta, which is far worse than having your own car.

The building inside looks okay, but inside your dorm you can hear people walking and sliding chairs across the floor from above as if it were happening right in front of you. The garbage situation, ugh, I don't even want to talk about it. Janitors don't do what they're paid to do anymore. At one point you will come across a soupy steaming puddle of vomit which will (of course) be neglected, as are the broken elevators.

The staff is all corrupted. They buy and sell drugs from people inside the building. They ALLOW drug dealers to live in the building to support their filthy habits. It is infested with crime and all scum accompanying it. If you make a complaint about a drug dealer in the building, make sure you know who you're talking to, first. Metropoint is in it's own little bubble, crimes go on in there but no one on the outside hears anything about it.

Last- it's 918 a month, about $3000 a quarter. Is that what ANYONE should be paying for a 4 bed 4 bath' This is how much art institute students pay, all other students pay about $600 a month. Corrupt.
