Metro Pointe Lofts apartment has it pros and cons like any other apartments, but I think that the good out weighs the bad. I would have to say that I had some issues when I first moved in in 2006, but they have all been resolved. My issues was never with management or even my apartment. It mostly revolved around roommates & other students that were just buck wild and had no home training. I commend MetroPointe for taking our needs into consideration and providing us with a security officers every day. I have heard complaints about having so much security & having to check guest in, but it normally comes from the people who want to have loud parties in the middle of the night, while others are trying to study or sleep. I love it here at MetroPointe. They just added a Laundry & dry cleaning pick up service. I am excited about that. Overall I just Love, Love living here. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

It's nice to see management actively trying to downplay all their previous negative reviews.... interesting but sorry Metropointe is horrible, with or without security or drycleaning.....
