My daughter was a resident for less than a year. Everytime I visited her there was pot smoking constantly, her roommates stole from her, her apartment was broken into three times, she was burned out of her apartment and given a roach infested apartment to live in until I finally called and got her moved. The "rent" was over $1000 a month. Spend your money elsewhere! SOme people don't see the cost because it is financed through the school. Check it out. Everytime I visisted there was new crime committed. Cars and the premises were vandalized daily. This is not a safe place. It is ghetto in the worse sense of the word
