I moved in thinking it was a good place to live because they had transportation. NOT!! This place is a hell hole.. Everything breaks and then they try to fix it. The rent is ridiculous. The rate that each person is paying you can go out and find your own place with rent and utilities included. The utilitiy bill was ridiculous also. Come on now 3 roommates are not using $100 each for utility bill, we are rarely here.
Oh let me not forget the FIRE ALARMS that go off like at 3, 4 or 5 in the morning and keep going off for hrs doesnt matter if you have class, exam or anything the next morning.
Then they have room inspections. OH yea let me not forget the TRAIN ALSO directly behind the Lofts and dont let me forget the BREAK-INS..
This is not a real apartment. If you want a dorm-like place to stay where you have to check your guest in then you might as well LIVE ON CAMPUS because at least all your utilities and fees will be paid for from your tuition.
I live in a 4 bedroom 4 bath a kitchen living room and washer and dryer
Rent is 715 per person so thats $2,860 for one mth that they are making
then utilities running at 60 per person $240 for one mth.
U can rent to own and buy a house for these prices.....
