I'm a former resident of Midtown,I resided there for 2 yrs and recently moved out this year due to poor management..I never received a notice of my rental renewal and when I did it was on the first day of August with notice of a rent increase..I made several attempts to contact them and I had staff members to answer the phone to only hang it right up..after several back to back calls they finally answered and said they were busy and that they will get back with me cause at that time they couldn't put "their hands" on my lease and I never heard back from them after several more calls. This is the first year that they never opened the pool,which is one of my reasons for moving there,so I can have access to a pool..very poor management..These use to be very nice apartments for the money and the old management were so nice and helpful,but these new people are awful and they shouldn't be in the real estate business.I DONOT recommend these apartments.
