While the previous comments about the location of the apartment complex are correct, living at Morgan Place was a horrific experience. I struggled for the entire year that I lived there to get simple maintenance requests (broken refrigerator, broken air conditioner, water leaks, broken door locks) fixed. It took from 3 weeks to 3 months to get maintenance issues resolved. The apartment ran through a number of apartment management staff, leading to lost rent checks and maintenance requests. After I moved out, they waited 6 months to send me any correspondence, and when they sent me a letter it was to say that they wanted a large sum of money from me. Unless you want to get completely ignored while you live there and completely fleeced when you leave, avoid this company like the plague!!! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
