New staff is HORRIBLE

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I used to enjoy living at this place, but the new staff that has been hired is HORRIBLE. The manager doesn't respond to messages. It took 5 phone calls to get my furnace filter changed, which used to be done the same day. They are all very rude. I would not recommend moving here. I am leaving as soon as my lease ends and that can't be too soon.
