Morgan Place Apartments

It's okay. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This apartment is alright if you're new to Atlanta and are unfamiliar with the area; it's a good starter place. There is new staff in the office and they are not as friendly. I had my car broken into at the apartment back in September, along with like 6 other cars. When I moved in they said there was a security system (one of their nicer selling features), however mine never worked. Soon after the management company discontinued this because the cost was too high. Also, the 'free water' is a joke. Maintenance staff are nice and very helpful.
