What a sh*thole. Ancient appliances, 2 year old rugs with dog pee stains when I moved in. The pool is a constant disturbance. Then when I moved out they tried to bill me for just about anything and everything they could find to keep their shady operation going. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will charge you for keys not returned when you return them, for dirty floors when you clean them. Basically they are shady, shady renters. I hope the extra money you unsuccessfully try to charge are worth getting the truth out.
