Do not rent here! This is the most condescending staff I have ever encountered! Any small question is the biggest inconvenience to them. Everytime I went to the office to for some reason they were out somewhere. Even during normal business hours, the office would be locked up with no sign of anyone. The outdated appliances in the apartments were more of a hazard than a luxury. Everytime I used my oven, the entire apartment filled with smoke. Our washing machine was basically pointless. Everytime it was used, our kitchen flooded. I cannot stress enough the disappointment of this complex. The staff is very dishonest about their rental prices too. Every month my rent fluctuated around anywhere from $50-$75. They lure you in with a seemingly low price; then, they tack on all these fees once your lease is signed and bump you up into a totally different price range. Above all, the staff was simply unprofessional and rude. Once they have your money, they don't feel they owe you the tiniest bit of respect. Avoid at all costs!
